VINTAGE RETURNS POLICY

 

Please note that there are separate policies for ‘Lily & Violet Vintage’ branded products, genuine vintage pieces purchased instore, and online purchases.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR INSTORE PURCHASES

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the vintage items, it is not possible to offer an exchange or credit note on vintage items purchased in-store.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

 

We are a small business with an exceptional customer service reputation.  All of our items are great quality and in fabulous condition.  However, as with all vintage items you should expect to find some signs of gentle wear commensurate with the age of the item.  We always provide a statement of condition, actual garment measurement and lots of additional photographs (and if this isn’t enough, please ask!!) We are always happy to help. We would always suggest that you compare the measurements we provide with a garment you own to get a good idea of the likely fit.

 

In the unlikely event that our garment does not meet with your expectations you are at liberty to return the item to us for a full refund.  Please be aware that items must be returned within 14 days of the original receipt, in the original packaging and with the tags attached. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

 

Should items be returned to us without their original tags or not in the condition in which you received them, they will be put aside and await your collection.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse the cost of any returns and we cannot accept any returns directly into store. Please get in touch in the first instance and we will send you a returns form to complete and return along with the item.  We cannot be held responsible for any items that go astray in the post and would suggest you use a signed for postage method.

 

 

LILY & VIOLET VINTAGE BRANDED RETURNS POLICY

 

A credit note or exchange will be offered for items returned within 14 days with a valid receipt. Items purchased during December may be returned/exchanged up to and including 12th January the following year.


Credit notes are valid for a period of 6 months.

 

Items purchased in the Sale can only be exchanged during the current Sale period and only with proof of purchase. A credit note cannot be offered on Sale items.

 

LINGERIE, HOSIERY & EARRINGS RETURNS POLICY

Branded lingerie and hoisery can be exchanged if returned to store within 14 days of the original receipt with all the original tags and labels attached.
